Created in associated with the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, this year’s inaugural event is dedicated to the most Australian of animals; the iconic but sadly endangered koala. For nine
weeks, a variety of huge fibreglass koala sculptures will spring up in parks, streets, buildings and public spaces across the region, close to our Palm Beach holiday accomodation. Each
40kg fibreglass koala will be uniquely decorated by local artists, who will compete for the honour of being declared best on show at the end of the project.
It all gets underway on March 3rd and runs until April 28. Don’t miss this unique outdoor art exhibition this Easter School Holidays!
